Reservation of Seats in Express/Intercity/AC Trains
through Mobitel, Hutch, AIRTEL, Dialog Etisalt and SLT Telephones : From 30 Days before the Date of the Journey
Please follow the undermentioned steps
Dial 365 in your Mobitel/Etisalat Telephones or Dial 1265 in your SLT Telephone or dial 444 in Dialog phone.
The Mobitel/Etisalat/SLT/Hutch/Airtel/Dialog Call Centre Operator will answer
Reserve your seat
You will receive a Reference Number through a SMS
See Raiway Station ( Colombo Fort, Gampaha, Peradeniya or Kandy ) or any of the Mobitel Billing Centres and show ( or tell ) this Reference Number
Then, you will receive the Train Ticket
Your Train Fare will be added to the Mobitel/Etisalat/SLT/Hutch/Airtel/Dialog Bill. Mobitel/Etisalat/SLT/Hutch/Airtel/Dialog will charge additional 15% of the Ticket Reservation Value.
